Experience 👩‍💻
Senior Product Designer
WORKLEAP (Sep 2022 – present)
Workleap is an employee experience platform. I worked on two products: Officevibe and Workleap Performance. In addition to feature delivery work, I contributed to design operations, design systems, design strategy, rebranding initiatives, onboarding and hiring.
Present: Designing engagement and recognition features for Officevibe.
2024: Led the redesign of Officevibe's performance management offering, transforming it into a simpler and more flexible standalone app.
2022-2023: Led design efforts to launch an MVP that enabled Officevibe to enter the performance management market, and then drove ongoing enhancements.
Product Designer
WORKLEAP (Oct 2019 – Sep 2022)
At the time, Officevibe was a standalone employee engagement app that helped leaders understand their team’s needs and foster a safe space for honest conversations.
2022: Took design ownership of the recognition features post-MVP launch, iteratively adding customization, commenting, reactions, and reporting.
2021: Led growth-focused design initiatives to achieve business goals while maintaining a simple, product-led experience. Redesigned and optimized onboarding, billing and checkout. Created a paid feature gate system and adapted the app for a tiered subscription strategy.
2019-2020: Led design of employee engagement features. Optimized features during an app rebuild. Supported two rebranding initiatives. Oversaw creative direction of the illustration library.

Education đź“š
Fine Arts (bachelor’s degree)
UNIVERSITY OF WATERLOO (2012 – 2016)
During my first two years at the University of Waterloo, I majored in Psychology and Social Development. In my third year, I shifted the focus of my studies to Fine Arts.
I worked on a thesis that explored the materiality of paint and the physical possibilities of painting. I challenged traditional uses of paint by manipulating it to simulate fabric-like qualities through sewing and embroidery techniques.
Interactive Media (graduate certificate)
SHERIDAN COLLEGE (2016 – 2017)
I learned how to design and develop interactive experiences for digital technology through a UX perspective. I built products with HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, SASS, JS libraries and frameworks, Wordpress, Node.JS, and APIs while employing principles and methodology related to usability, interaction design, information architecture, user research, responsive design, visual design, and project management.
